RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VEDUKA

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the time at which you placed the order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day of order cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not have a return policy but are happy to offer an exchange if informed within 3 days of receipt of the product. You can reach out to us on contact@vedukaweaves.com or send us a WhatsApp on 9743791000/9743792000. The product will not be eligible for exchange once 3 days have gone by from the date of delivery of product.

To be eligible for exchange of the product:

· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

· Original tags must be attached

· Items must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

· Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

· Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Request an exchange: Contact our customer service team at contact@vedukaweaves.com to initiate an exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send back your items.

3. Pack and Ship: Pack your items securely in the original packaging, and our delivery partner will assign a dedicated person to collect the return item at your doorstep.

 

DAMAGED OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@vedukaweaves.com for assistance.

-Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

- We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
