1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 5-10 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Kindly note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order. Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

4. International Shipping :

We currently ship only within India.

 

5. Order Tracking :

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via the carrier's website.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@vedukaweaves.com within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We request you to keep a proof of the same in the form of an image or video, in order to process your request at the earliest.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

7. Changes and Cancellations :

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@vedukaweaves.com. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail/SMS on your registered mobile number or mail. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
